What the snippet does — and doesn't do
- No script runs on your page. It's an iframe, so nothing of ours can touch your site's code, styles or data.
- We don't track your visitors. No cookies are set on your domain and we don't profile the people who use the calculator.
- The maths is open source. Every formula is published and tested — check what you're embedding in the interactive reference or read the source on GitHub.
- Keep the credit link. That link is the only thing we ask in return, and it must stay outside the iframe to be visible. Removing it isn't permitted on the free terms.

Is it really free?
Yes — free forever for the embedded calculators, with the credit link in place. We make money from Klair Pro subscriptions and the white-label plan, not from your embeds.
Will the calculations go out of date?
The widget loads live from klair.in, so when tax slabs or state rules change we update them centrally and your page shows the new figures without you touching anything. The professional-tax widget in particular is generated from the same state data as our own pages.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Every widget is responsive and fits the width you give the iframe. Set a percentage width and it adapts.
Can I change the height or width?
Edit the width and height attributes in the snippet. The heights suggested below fit each calculator without an inner scrollbar on desktop.
Will this slow my page down?
The iframes are marked loading="lazy", so a browser only fetches the widget when the reader scrolls near it.
Do you support AMP?
Not currently — AMP restricts third-party iframes. Link to the full calculator instead.
