Klair is built by Klairtech, a software company based in India. There is no support queue and no ticket robot — email reaches the people who build the tools.

What to write to us about

| A tool is wrong | Tell us the tool, the numbers you entered and what you expected. Rule corrections are our highest priority — a wrong slab affects everyone, and fixing it centrally fixes it for every user at once. |
| A tax or labour rule has changed | A link to the notification or circular, if you have one. We would much rather hear it from you than find out late. |
| Billing or subscriptions | The email address on the subscription. Please do not send card details — we cannot accept them and do not need them. |
| White-label licensing | Your firm's name and which tools interest you. See partners for what the licence covers. |
| Privacy, data access or deletion | The email address on the account. See our privacy policy. |

Suggest what we build next
Feature requests are better posted publicly than emailed, because other people can vote on them and we build in that order. Post on the Klair ideas board.
A note on scope
We can explain how a tool arrives at a number, and we will fix it if it is wrong. We cannot advise on your specific tax position, review your filings, or act as your accountant — we are not a chartered accountancy firm. For that, please speak to a qualified professional.
